Project Overview
The Retail First Group provides specialised retail and commercial property services to business and property owners, including the management and marketing of 18 shopping centres across Queensland. The group engaged with Follow to explore digital alternatives to promote the independent shopping centres, whilst raising the profile of Retail First.

As each centre operates independently, the websites were redesigned to reflect the unique look and feel of the properties, while encouraging consistency across the portfolio. An open source content management system, wordpress, was applied to enhance functionality, and manageability for Retail First. A simple to use email marketing program has been rolled out, in addition to ongoing development and creative support.
