Partnering with Retail First for Over 8 Years

The Retail First Group provides specialised retail and commercial property services to business and property owners, including the management and marketing of 18 shopping centres across Queensland. The group initially engaged with Follow to explore digital alternatives to promote the independent shopping centres, whilst raising the profile of Retail First. Over eight years later we continue to support the portfolio with their growing digital needs.

We created an integrated digital platform with a retailer portal and other smart features that help Retail First manage their shopping centres.

As each centre operates independently, the websites were designed to reflect the unique look and feel of the properties, while encouraging consistency across the portfolio. An Content Management System was implemented to enhance functionality and manageability for Retail First.
