Westfield Chermside was looking to create a beautiful activation that integrated a seamless online to in-store experience. The idea, Scent Studio, enabled loved ones to customise a perfume for their friends or family based on a series of questions about the person they were buying for.
Follow worked closely with the Westfield team from brand development, website design and development, signage, and a complex online survey that produced a customised letter, swing tag, and labelling for the finished product.
The project had to be functional, responsive, intuitive and elegant. Using a series of custom illustrations and a robust digital platform the project was delivered within a tight timeframe and exceeded the clients expectations.
