Place Projects

Their approach to property development and sales is vastly different to the majority of the market, so a deep understanding of their business was critical to get their website right.

Place Projects tasked us with a complex brief – communicating their services online to 3 different audiences: Developers, Investors, and Mum & Dad buyers. By gaining a deep understanding of their business and industry, we successful delivered a site that previous suppliers had been unable to do.

Their approach to property development and sales is vastly different to the majority of the market, so a deep understanding of their business was critical to getting their website right.

After some uncovery (Follow’s process of research into our clients’ business) we created extensive wireframes for the project. Working with the team at Place Projects, we worked to define different sections of the site, creating specific design templates for each.

In addition, a number of different forms were required, and customised to each agent and allowing them to tailor their thoughts on each project. The forms were integrated with BrightFox CRM, enable leads to be captured in the system without additional manual handling.

The designs needed to be professional and icon based, keeping the master brand of Place in mind. The website was heat mapped to ensure calls to action were clear and to allow contact on each page. Designs for both portrait and landscape feature images were created, allowing simple updating of the website.

Further to this, and to compliment the website, Follow created the animated logos and video for Place projects. Using a range of shooting techniques and interviewing the team armed with our knowledge of their business, we were able to capture the heart, soul, and approach that has made Place Projects so trusted and successful.

We asked a lot, we were fussy on detail, and they delivered.

“How do you create a website that truly reflects the essence of your business, and a corporate video to tell our story, what sets us apart, or our key points of difference? This is a challenge we gave to the team at Follow. They interviewed all 3 partners at length to really understand how our business worked, and to cut through the clutter to the key messages. Then we gave them a huge list of CRM interface and all manner of other requirements. We asked a lot, we were fussy on detail, and they delivered. Our team are all very proud of the end result, and are eager to drive all our clients and customers to our new virtual front door. I commend the Follow team for both putting up with us, and for the end result”.
